There are many ways to sharpen your mind, and here are a few quick ideas to get you started:
Exercise – The physical exercises will sharpen your mind. It helps with the mental clarity, concentration and focus. Look at YouTube videos to learn how to do yoga or pilates from home. Make sure you always check with a doctor if you are unsure.

Check out your local college to see if they have any evening classes that spark your interest.
